Welcome, this website is intended to give a general introduction to Pure Land Buddhism. There are many great Buddhism websites out there, the main reason why I decided to do this is because I want to share the way I feel and my understanding of Pure Land Buddhism. Although most pages are quoted from articles, you would have a idea what directions I’m going.
The reason why I don’t write articles myself is mainly becuase of two reasons, firstly it is because I’m not very good and therefore not want to bring across wrong information. Secondly what I know is what I read and hear from Sutras, articles written by monks and laypeople… what I wanted to say has been covered already. At the moment I feel most comfortable is to categories and organise the useful information I found on the web and books and share this with you. Therefore most pages on this site will be of this format. There is still a lot to work on on the English contents, please give me suggestions and advice if you see something that I can improve on. You may do that by using the contact form or simply post a comment using the form at the bottom of this page. Enjoy your visit.
